Are the deliveries on time?

Yes, all our deliveries are on time and in case of a delay the customer is always kept in the loop and informed about the production process of their outfit.

Do you provide customizations ?

Yes, we do provide colour customizations in all our outfits in our collections. In case you are interested in getting an entirely customized outfited designed, you can reach out to us regarding the same via call/whatsapp/email or an in store appointment.

How and how often can we get our purchased outfit altered?

We provide a 4-months alteration time period on all orders, in which you can get your outfits altered free of charge in store. The alteration time is calculated from the purchase date of the product. However, if the outfit is not available to us in store, shipping charges may apply.

Do you charge extra for XXXL+ or XS- sizes?

No, we are a size inclusive brand hence we do not charge extra for clothing of any size. We truly believe in the power of self-love and want to promote it in every way possible. We believe that true beauty and confidence comes from within.
